D6 Kitchens runs eight distinct food brands out of a single, tightly-run production kitchen — built for a delivery-first world, and for people who still care what's on the plate.
D6 Kitchens started from a simple bet: that a single, well-run kitchen could responsibly carry more than one restaurant's worth of ambition — if the sourcing, the recipes, and the discipline behind the pass were taken seriously.
It launched into a moment when dining rooms had closed and delivery had become the only door left open. Rather than run one brand thinly, we built eight — each with its own cuisine, its own recipes, and its own reason to exist — sharing one supply chain, one hygiene standard, and one kitchen floor.
The result reads, to a customer, like eight different restaurants. Behind the pass, it runs like one disciplined operation.
Every brand below is a full, independent menu — designed for a specific craving, a specific cuisine, or a specific moment. All fired from the same kitchen.
Old Delhi's street corner, minus the queue — kebabs, chaat, and butter-rich classics done properly.
Momos, thukpa, and thenthuk — steam, spice, and the Himalayas, plated for the city.
Choose your gravy — Indian, Chinese, or Thai — pick a protein, and it arrives with rice or bread and condiments.
Charcoal, garlic, and a squeeze of lemon — shawarma and kebab platters built for sharing.
Thai, Indonesian, Malaysian, and Oriental favourites — a whole region's worth of restaurants, plated as one.
No onion, no garlic — simple, seasonal, seriously good vegetarian Indian food, cooked the traditional way.
Reasonably priced food, made for feeding many — offices, sites, and gatherings, without compromising the plate.
A chef, in your kitchen, cooking a menu you choose — charged by the hour, on your schedule.
Lemongrass and kaffir lime leaf are kept fresh in the same pantry as everything else — the backbone of Samsara's curries and broths, and a small sign that no single brand's ingredients are treated as an afterthought.
Produce, protein, and dairy are ordered against next-day covers, not stockpiled — every brand draws from the same fresh-sourcing discipline, regardless of ticket size.
Each brand's menu was developed around its own cuisine's real technique — a Thai gravy is built like a Thai gravy, not adapted from whatever base sauce is on hand.
Every brand shares the same production floor, the same food-safety protocol, and the same quality checks at the pass — there's no "back kitchen" version of the rules.
Each menu is run by a section that specialises in that cuisine — the Tibetan Affair section doesn't touch the Yalla Kebab grill, and vice versa.
A customer orders from any of the eight brands, on any delivery app, from any address in range.
The order prints to the correct brand section of the kitchen — its own recipes, its own line.
Cooked to that brand's standard, packed under that brand's identity — never a shared shortcut.
Picked up and delivered as if it came from a dedicated restaurant — because, in every way that matters, it did.
Running D6 Kitchens taught us something most food entrepreneurs learn the hard way: a great recipe is only the beginning. What actually decides whether a food business survives its first year is everything around the recipe — the concept, the space it's cooked in, the numbers behind it, and the discipline to run it well, every single day.
That's the experience we now bring to every new venture we help build. Through Design Code Studio, we take on the complete build — shaping the concept, engineering the menu, and designing the kitchen, the interiors, and the brand identity that makes someone want to walk in, or order in, in the first place. We don't hand over a deck and disappear. We build turnkey food concepts the same way we built our own — ready to open, and ready to scale.
Through ZenHomes by Navvya, we bring the same rigour to real estate — reading a location the way an operator does, not just a broker. The right footfall, the right customer profile, the right zone for delivery radius or walk-in traffic, decided before the lease is signed, not after.
Whether it's a cloud kitchen, a concept restaurant, a café, or something that doesn't have a name yet — we've stood exactly where you're standing. We bring creativity, hospitality experience, design expertise, and real, operator-level business understanding to help you build a stronger foundation from day one.

Well known and appreciated among friends for reviving the lost and forgotten dishes of Indian cuisine — the recipes home kitchens had quietly stopped making — that same instinct shaped D6 Kitchens itself: eight menus, each treated with the seriousness of a dish worth rediscovering.
